Simple wardrobe

Simple wardrobe
Supongo que he decidido simplificar mi armario. Siempre he tenido mucha ropa, de muchos colores y diferentes estilos.

I made this set in Polyvore some days ago (Polyvore is so much fun!). It's inspired by the pieces of my wardrobe that I'm using the most at the moment. I didn't realize how much grey I was wearing! I suppose I've decided that I need to simplify my wardrobe. It's always been full of colour, different styles and generally lots of clothes that don't go together, so deciding what to wear was always really hard. I have soooo much to do this year (I mean, look at all my New Year's resolutions) that I simply don't have time for this anymore. The other reason is that I don't have money for many clothes this season, so I'm playing it safe with timeless style (I hope). Thinking about it, maybe all the grey has also got something to do with me being back in rainy, dark England...

  1. Oh yes, black, grey, England, kind of go hand in hand don't they ? But nothing wrong with classic really.
Totally agree about the clothes buying, it's all to easy to build up a collection of things that don't co-ordinate and are not necessary in the first place !
Charity shops have done pretty well out of me on more than one occasion :)

  2. Oh, charity shops, Tesco, Primark, Matalan, you name it, have been there, and made the mistake of buying something because "it's soo cheap!" England... I really love her... but the lack of light in January gets me every year.
